These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the First Response Wear website, custom apparel store services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent in order to use the Services.

Custom stores and orders

We design, host, and operate custom apparel stores for departments and responder organizations. Product availability, pricing, lead times, and shipping are described on each store and may change. Custom or printed items are generally non-refundable unless defective.

Logos and intellectual property

By submitting logos, badges, or other artwork, you represent that you own or have permission to use them and you grant us a license to reproduce them on apparel and related store materials. The Services and our content are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, bypass security measures, submit fraudulent orders, or use the Services in violation of law. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Response Wear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
